These appear in the proposal's trust section together with your accreditation badges.
Owner sees everything and manages users. Admin sees and edits all deals but no product costs or settings. Sales see only their own deals; price edits are flagged to you. Ops see only deals marked Won. Note: until the hosted version, roles are workflow controls in this shared file, not hard security.
